Project: New Construction - Public
Library
Ground breaking on April 30, 2007.
Construction of a 50' x 80'
building. NorthShore
Construction
performed the rough-in, setting trusses, roofing, installation
of
siding, windows, exterior doors; drywall; painting; interior
finish
work; sod lawn; relocation of old library to the new library;
oversaw
subcontractors such as excavator, mason, drinking well, geothermal
wells, electrician, heating/plumbing, insulators, finished
flooring,
and paver. NorthShore Construction staff worked one-on-one with
the
owner and architect on a daily basis.
*Open house was held on November 3, 2007.

Project: Cottage Renovation
New 30-year dimensional roofing; New Certainteed
windows; New Thermatru exterior doors, Pella storm door, and
Clopay garage door; New vinyl, hand-split shakes, all siding
accessories, and interlocking columns on side porch. |

Project: Cottage Remodel/Addition
- Fall 2006
*NorthShore Construction excavated the site; raised cottage up
to add
five courses of block to the existing 24' x 36' crawlspace
foundation; installed new roofing, siding, and exterior doors
on
existing cottage; roughed in a 12'w x 16'd kitchen addition,
set truss
package, installed roofing, siding, windows, insulation
and
drywall on addition; re-built wrap-around deck; oversaw subcontractors
such as electrician and heating/plumbing. NorthShore Construction
staff
worked one-on-one with home owner on a daily basis. |
